A simple octopus for beginners in crochet looking to try amigurumi style makes. Stitches used in this pattern are in us terms.
mc - magic circle, ch - chain, ss - slip stitch, sc - single crochet, hdc - half double crochet, inc - increase, dec - decrease, f/o - fasten off.
This is only my second time making my own written pattern so I apologise if its not perfect.
Octopus in pictures was done with a 4.5 mm hook and gage 4 medium weight acrylic yarn. However you can use any size you like so long as the hook and yarn match up.
