The pattern is written in U.S. terms. Using a 3.5mm hook will be approx. 19m high & 10cm wide.

I use stylecraft special double knit for most of my applique patterns but any double knit yarn is suitable. Gauge is not important

These appliques are perfect for decorating kids accessories. They can be added to blankets, cushions, jumper, jackets, hats, bags and many more items
They are perfect for cards and shadow boxes too
you could also use the alphabet applique pattern to personalise your items
