January 28/2018 At this point the pattern is more or less finished. I appreciate all the comments and project notes from those who have tried it out. Thank you!

As of Oct 22/2017 this pattern is being offered free for testing! Please comment with any issues/questions as I work out the kinks.

These fingerless mitts were designed to be lightweight, warm, unobtrusive, and (as an added bonus) reversible!

The broken rib stitch pattern makes them extra stretchy and the stockinette across the palm and thumb ensures there’s no bulky rib getting in the way of whatever you need to get done with your hands.

For a larger size, increase your yarn weight and needle size. For smaller, drop down in weight and needle size. Easy peasy.

This pattern is fairly forgiving in gauge but the thumb could end up being a little too snug/loose with dramatic needle or yarn adjustments.

I used up less than one ball of Rowan Tweed (DK weight) yarn for a pair of these mittens.
