DESCRIPTION
LITTLE THINGS BEANIE is knit bottom up beginning with a twisted rib. Different colors alternate throughout, while elongated stitches reach into the previous color. Little twists of stitches create texture and make for an engaging knit! Seven sizes from Newborn to Adult 27” (70 cm) are provided and utilize different amounts of mini skeins creating endless possibilities. Options are included for a folded brim, as well as more slouch!

YARN
This beanie is designed for a DK weight yarn. I used The Yarn and Us DK Donegal Tweed, 85% SW Merino Wool/15% Donegal Nylon NEPS (231yds / 211 meters, 100 g), Mini Skeins (46yd/42m, 20g). I recommend solids and tonals to allow the texture to shine.

CUSTOMIZATION
This pattern is easily customized! Stripes can be made using two or more colors and alternating them in any combination. You might also choose to knit your beanie in all one color and with a folded brim!

The height of the brim and slouch of the beanie can be easily lengthened by working additional repeats. Instructions are provided within the pattern. Please note that this modification will change the amount of yardage needed.
