An intermediate knitting pattern, for a tree adorned hat, knitted in the round with wrapped stitches on a purled background.

The design is inspired by the trees sat by the loch-side in bonnie Scotland. The hat has a double layered fabric due to the techniques used, making this a warm hat. The hat is a good introduction to the Ladderback Jacquard technique, allowing for longer floats in stranded knitting.
