I designed the Lockdown Blanket as a crochet along during the first COVID 19 Lockdown of 2020. The first part was released on Friday 24th April 2020 and subsequent parts on Mondays and Fridays.

What materials do I need?
The pattern was written using DK weight yarn.
I used 18 balls of DK weight yarn - Majestic by King Cole in shades - Apple, Duck Egg, Amber, Old Rose, Berry, Pale Petrol, Peacock, Grey, Cream - 2 balls or 242m of each colour.

I am also creating a rainbow one using King Cole Big Value DK.
You will also need a 4mm crochet hook.

What size is the blanket?
The blanket is approx 90cm by 115cm. If you would like to make it larger I would recommend doubling the quantity of chains you start with. You could also make it larger by using a thicker yarn.

Other information
The pattern is written in UK terms.
