Description

Lofoten Cowl is knitted in an easy pattern in the round on a circular needle. The cowl has a stockinette hem which is folded and stitched to the back of the work after bind off.

Lofoten Cowl is designed to have a positiv ease of 10 cm around the neck, but also to fit snugly around the lower part of the chin. If your neck circumference is 34 cm you should knit the size which has a circumference of 44 cm.

Circumference is: 40 (44) 48 cm

Height is: 17 (19) 21 cm

Big Merino Hug from Rosy Green Wool (80m/50g, 100% Virgin Merino Merino)

Usage: 100 (100) 100 g

The cowls in the pictures are knitted in the colors “Moss” and “Black Cat”.

Tension

18 sts x 38 rows = 10 x 10 cm in pattern

Suggested Needles

Circular needles 4.0 and 4.5 mm and 40 cm (or min. 80 cm, if you use magic loop)
