I had the bright idea to do a year temperature blanket and then wanted to do a temperature snake tracking a different metric at the same time, but I didn’t want it to be a snake, and so the Long Dragon was created! If you value your sanity I wouldn’t recommend doing both projects at the same time. This guy works as a variable length dragon as well as a year project. You can make him any length you want for various reasons and uses. He’s friendly at least.

Size

The body is about 5cm wide. For the year dragon, the finished dragon is 194 cm… Taller than most people. Legs stretched out is 26cm wide.
