This beanie can be knit out of a variety of materials, the important part is to find a nice warm yarn that knits up in a similar gauge.

Techniques:
K - Knit
P - Purl
C2f – With cable needle, hold 2 sts in front, K2, K2 from cable needle
S1 – Slip 1 st knitwise
PSSO – Pass slipped stitch over
