Lonk
Lonk is a stranded colourwork hat & snood pattern featuring a Lonk sheep motif. Lonk are one of the largest native British hill breeds, which can survive on poor grazing and in bleak conditions. Found for centuries on the Pennines, one Lancashire flock can be traced back to 1740. Both sexes are horned, with black and white face and legs without wool. Its fleece is bulky and hard wearing.
It uses 7 shades of our Pip yarn, you will need 1 ball of each shade. Why not throw in a 4th shade for an epic pom pom?
