I don’t knit alot of mitts but when I came up with this cable it seemed perfect for the back of a hand. I find fingerless mitts to be more fun and less fiddly than gloves. For the Loops and Rope Mitts and the matching hat, reverse stockinette is contrasted with a striking cable pattern that won’t get lost in variegated yarn or make a bold statement in a solid color. These knit up so fast that they would make a lovely gift.
