The sample shown was made with Patons SWS. Although it’s only 30” x 30” x 1” thick, it took 18 of those balls for this size. You can judge from there the amount you might need for yours.

Some additional yarn possibilities: If made with a cotton yarn, this would make a very thirsty, toe-warming bath rug.

I have had some of my health-care professional customers comment that due to its loft and thickness, this fabric/piece would also be perfect for hospital bed use as patients would not experience the pain of bed sores.
