INTRODUCTION

SIZING
• One Size •
• Circumference: 20.5” {52 cm}
--> To fit the average woman with 0.5” {1.5 cm} of negative ease.
--> For a looser fit go up a needle size or two

• Folded Brim: 8.75” {22 cm} tall
--> Hat is fitted with the slightest slouch. Information is included about adding length for a more slouchy fit.

YARN
• Worsted (also called Medium #4)
• Hat only: 130 yards {119 meters}
• Hat with pom: 155 yards {142 meters}
--> May vary depending on the size of the pom.

Sample uses: I Love This Yarn Tweed (100% Acrylic, 252 yds {230 m}/142g) in the colorway Sweet Dijon.

NEEDLES
• US 8 {5 mm} circular needles, 16″ {40 cm} and 32” {80 cm} long.
--> Or size needed to match gauge.
• Rib needles: 1-2 sizes 0.5-1 mm smaller than gauge needles with a 16” {40 cm} cable.
