INTRODUCTION
Mist Haven is a simple balaclava knitting pattern that is worked from the neck up. Starting with 1x1 ribbing in the round at the base of the neck creating a cowl to keep your neck warm before working your way up the side of the face working garter flat. Simple short rows are used to create a comfortable fit for the hood at the top of the head. Finally, you pick up and knit a ribbed hem around the face for a snug fit perfect for keeping warm on windy days. This easy to knit hooded balaclava uses worsted weight (aran) yarn and includes lots of video tutorials as well as drawings to make this a breeze to knit.
