The perfect cardigan for those lost treasures of gorgeous chunky yarn. Relaxed tension and 3/4 sleeves will make this a wardrobe favourite.

Worked top-down in one piece, this Tunisian Crochet cardigan begins with the raglan shaping, the work is then split to work the seamless body, before going back to work the sleeves. The sleeve seams are the only sewing involved.

The Tunisian Simple Stitch will show off the beauty of any yarn that changes in colour or texture.

Extra detailed schematics are included for the top-down Raglan shaping rows, as well as the the main schematic for the finished garment.

THE STORY
I found some gorgeous yarn in a charity shop and thought “why would someone give that beautiful yarn away?!” It was Sirdar Juniper, which is sadly discontinued now. There were 6 balls untouched, and a sleeve that someone had started making. So I bought it all. When I got home, I unravelled the sleeve to see how much I had. It was so soft, and begging to be made into a classic, comfortable cardigan. I set to work creating this amazing cardigan which totally shows the yarn in all its beauty - a true Lost Treasure. We all have bundles of forgotten yarn which need some love, and this cardigan is sure to bring them to life.
