ENJOY!

Lotti is a playful spring sweater, knit up in a light cotton-wool blend. With a leafy yoke and some fun little details on the sleeves, it´s the perfect piece for transitioning into the warmer seasons.

PATTERN NOTES:

The garment is worked in the round from the top down, with a decorative motif on the yoke. Short rows are used to raise the back and improve the fit at the neckline. Yoke shaping is integrated within the pattern. Once this is complete, body and sleeves are separated, and finished in the round.

The pattern also provides some helpful tips and suggestions on how you can adjust it to suit your own preferences.

SIZES:

1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9)

to fit chest circumference 75 (85, 95, 105, 115) (125, 135,145, 155) cm/30 (34, 38, 42, 46) (50, 54, 58, 62)“

I recommend choosing a size with 7.5 cm/3” - 20 cm/8” positive ease to get a comfortable fit. Samples are shown in size 3, worn with approx. 16 cm/6½“ positive ease on a 92 cm/36¾” chest.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

Chest circumference: 88 (98, 108, 118.5, 129.5) (138, 148, 157, 168) cm/35¼ (39¼, 43¼, 47½, 51¾) (55¼, 59¼, 62¾, 67¼)“.

See detailed measurements in the schematic in photos.

YARN:

Holst Garn Coast Uld Bomuld (55% Wool - Merino/45% Cotton; 350 m (383 yd)/50 g). Shown in colorway Denim.
3 (3, 4, 4, 4) (5, 5, 5, 6) skeins.

Or any other light-fingering/fingering weight yarn that gives you a fabric you like at the listed gauge.

YARDAGE:

approx. 942 (1026, 1145, 1246, 1365) (1498, 1624, 1740, 1883) m/1030 (1122, 1252, 1363, 1493) (1638, 1776, 1903, 2059) yd

NEEDLES:

3.5 mm/US 4 circular needle (100 cm/40” 80 cm/32” and 60 cm/24”) or size needed for gauge.
3.0 mm/US 2½ circular needle (80 cm/32” and 60 cm/24”) or one size smaller than gauge needle.

Or needle size that gives you the correct gauge.

GAUGE:

26 sts and 38 rnds in 10 cm/4” on larger needle in stockinette, worked in the round (blocked).

Row gauge is especially important for this design, since it defines the yoke depth and therefore the fit around the shoulders.
