This design is different from the 2020 Got me seeing red version with some changes made.

This is a crocheted pattern using the waistcoat stitch also known as the knit stitch.

Intermediate Level. Experience in reading a graph, the waistcoat stitch, backwards join, carrying yarn, and color changing is highly recommended for making this pattern.
