Lotus Lake socks are worked top down and they start off with a beautiful floral lace pattern. After the lace, knitting continues with a ribbed pattern to achieve a better fit around the ankle. The ribbing continues to the heel flap and on the top of the foot all the way to the toes. This pattern includes charted and written instructions. There is only one size in the pattern, but by changing the needle size or yarn weight you get more size options.

YARN AND YARDAGE: 60-100 g of fingering weight sock yarn (420 m / 100 g).

NEEDLES Minimum of 80 cm / 32-inch circular needles in size 2.25 mm / US 1
You can use your preferred needles (9-inch circulars, DPNS’s) but the instructions are written for Magic loop technique.

GAUGE 16 sts x 20 rows of stockinette
