I originally knit this design using a yarn that unfortunately has been discontinued. Kat Coyle, who owns The Little Knittery in Atwater Village, CA, asked me to design a version using Juniper Moon Farm’s Zooey Aran yarn. I made the stripes wider on this version, starting with the dark color stripe and ending with the light color stripe, so each sleeve edge is a different color stripe. It’s knit side-to-side which give this top a wonderful drape.

YARN: Juniper Moon Farm Zooey Aran; 60% cotton, 40% linen, 196 yds, 179m, 3.53oz, 100g. 2 balls of color 1004 Sel Gris (A), 2 balls of color 1003 Taro (B).

GAUGE: 18 sts & 25 rows = 4” in St st
