I bought the fiber for this shawl from Republica Unicornia and I fell in love with their statement that the fiber was, “Hand dyed with love and some swearing.” It struck me as a perfect way to describe things that are handmade. I could not resist calling the shawl Love and Some Swearing!

The shawl is triangular and worked from the top down. There is a separate chart for each half of the shawl because I wanted the pattern to be symmetrical. The charts are mirror images of each other.

I use a handspun, laceweight yarn spun from rambouillet wool.
