Love is Triangular is the first published design in the Love Is Love Collection by 3StitchesShort. This collection at its core is a celebration of love, no matter its form. This bottom up triangular shawl was specially designed to wrap a loved one up on one of their most special days in their lives. Specifically designed as a wedding shawl, this piece is light and airy with a very flowy drape. It can be knit in fingering weight wool or even 2 lace weights held together. The sample piece pictured is knit holding Rowan Kidsilk Haze in Grace (#580) and Scheepjes Alpaca Rhythm in Bop (#670) together to achieve such a delicate soft baby pink in my soon to be cousins favourite colour (which happens to be her wedding colour).

Wool:
300g fingering or 150g of each lace weight if holding double

Needles:
4mm needles, up to 60 in cord.

Notions:
4 stitch markers (closed loops best if working with anything floofy)
Cable needle

This is a very delicate looking but easy to make bottom up triangle shawl. It features applied icords, cables and lace techniques.

This pattern is suitable for adventurous beginners.
