This project is a special collaboration of : Cori Eichelberger, Stephanie Lotven, Lisa K. Ross, Megan Williams, Leading Men Fiber Arts, and Three Irish Girls.

Love is in the air! This project is a celebration of COLLABORATION! This is one cowl created by 4 designers, with yarn handcrafted by 4 dyers, all for your singular knitting pleasure. The Love Letters cowl has an unusual construction. Knit from the bottom up, this cowl is first knit flat, and then worked in the round. Like a great first date, this cowl takes you on an adventure. Using lace, textured knitting, slip stitches, and a decorative bind off, you will LOVE knitting this fun project.

This pattern was originally published as a Mystery Knit-a-Long. When you download this pattern, you will receive a Getting Ready guide, and four clues. You can download each section individually, or print them in a single document (both options provided after check out).

SIZES :
ONE SIZE (average adult)

YARN :
You will need fingering weight yarn in FOUR colors for this project. We suggest using four 50 gram skeins of yarn. You will not use the entire yardage of these four skeins for this project. However, 50 gram skeins will give you the opportunity to play with your colors throughout the MKAL without maxing out your yardage.

WHAT WE USED: The yarn we used to create the Love Letters Cowl was a special collaboration between Three Irish Girls and Leading Men Fiber Arts. From Leading Men Fiber Arts, we used the “Show Stopper” base (75% Superwash Merino / 25% Nylon). From Three Irish Girls, we used the “Adorn Luxe” base (85% Merino / 15% Nylon).
