Love Loop Sweater is an oversized cable sweater that highlights double ribbing, heart cables and Mock cables. The sweater is worked from the top down using a European shoulder construction. First, the back piece is worked flat in ribbing with increases to shape the shoulders. Stitches are then picked up along the slanted edges of the back yoke for the shoulders, and the front pieces are worked flat while shaping the neckline. Once the front pieces are completed, the pieces are joined and the body is worked in the round in a cable pattern before being finished with a rolled edge. Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves, which are worked in cables and ribbing, and finally the neckband is worked and folded down.

Size: 1 (2) 3 (4)

Finished bust circumference: Approx. 118 (130) 142 (155) cm

The sweater is designed with approximately +35/45 cm of positive ease relative to your bust measurement. This means that if, for example, you measure 85 cm around the fullest part of your bust, size 2 will fit as shown in the photos (+40 cm).

Total length: Approx. 60 (60) 64 (64) cm

Recommended needles: Circular needle 6.5 mm (100 cm & 60/40 cm) and 5.5 mm (60/40 cm) + large cable needle

Gauge: 13 sts = 10 cm in ribbing (K2, P2) on 6.5 mm needles

Knit a gauge swatch to ensure that you obtain the correct gauge. The stated gauge is measured after blocking (if you knit tighter, use larger needles. If you knit looser, use smaller needles).
