LOVE PIG – A mosaic crochet blanket

You can use this blanket as a bed runner, bedspread, decoration or simply as a blanket. No matter what, this blanket will give you lots of love from these lovely loving pigs! It is a repetetive pattern so you can decide both width and length of this piece yourself. Below you can see what kind of yarn I used och the outcome mesaurments. The specified amount of yarn is enough to repeat the pattern once on the width. I often use wool yarn, but it can be itchy so use a soft yarn if you want the blanket to be soft and cosy.

NOTE: You can use any yarn you like and a hook that suits the yarn. You need 2 contrasting colors. The more contrast between the yarn the more the pattern will be visible. If you use thicker or thinner yarn than I did the measurements and amount of yarn will change!

YARN: Järbo Svensk Ull 2 tr (2-Ply Wool) (100 % Wool, 100 g = 300 m/328 yd, 18 sc x 22 r = 10 x 10 cm on hook 3.50 mm/E/4 U.S)
MY GAUGE: Approx. 25 STS x 24 R = 10 x 10 cm in mosaic crochet
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 103 x 58 cm (without fringe)
