For Valentine’s Day this year, I knit Grayson a heart shaped pillow in yellow, which is my absolute favorite color & I say is the color of my love. Not only is it freakin adorable, it’s just about the coziest pillow in our home right now. It’s knit up in super soft bulky yarn & stuffed to the brim, & the little heart dimple makes an ahhh-mazing little crevice for your neck when you flip it around. And it’s a great way to practice new techniques! Magic loop, a teeny bit of short rows, fun construction, & a whole lot more in this little bundle of joy! Thoughtful, cute, practical, quick - your perfect new project!

– One size
– Finished width: 14” from widest points of heart
– Finished height: 8” from center of heart to tip, 12” diagonally from heart wing to tip

– Approximately 75 yards super bulky yarn
– Sample: We are Knitters The Wool, colorway Honey (1 skein)
– Approximately 5 oz stuffing (I tried to find cotton or wool, but the only one I could find was a poly blend)

– 1 set US size 17 circular ndl (long enough for magic loop, approx. 32” length - if you dislike magic loop, you can substitute DPNs)
– Tapestry needle
– Measuring tape

6.5 sts & 10 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch in the rnd

If you are confused or stuck, there are a lot of great tutorials online for all of these techniques!
