Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2018

Ada Lovelace is known as the first computer programmer for her work on Charles Babbage’s “computing machine” during the Victorian Era!. As a woman pioneer she is one of 3 Kittens Needle Arts’ heroes for the Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2018.

This slouch hat is a mixture of sc, ch, hdc and puff stitches. It crochets up quickly in the Valiant Sport dyed specifically for 3 Kittens by Nerd Girl.

Materials needed:

Yarn - sport weight, approx 200-225 yards. We used Nerd Girl Valiant Sport in Lovelace (blue version) and in Notorious RBG (black & white version)
Hook - US H/5.0mm & I/5.5mm
