CROCHET PATTTERN
This trapper hat pattern features a textured fabric that resembles honeycombs, and partial faux fur liner for added warmth. It’s worked from the crown down in the round and utilizes front and back treble cross stiches which are quick to work up and result in a breathable fabric. The hat is finished with partial faux fur liner that is hand sewn to the hat with a mattress stich. The liner serves to cover the front flap, ear flaps and bottom neck portion of the hat.

Child: 17.7” | 45cm (to fit maximum head circumference of 18.9” (48cm)).
Adult S/M: 20.2” | 51.3cm (to fit maximum head circumference of 22” (56cm)).
Adult L/XL: 22.7” | 57.7cm (to fit maximum head circumference of 23.9 (60cm)).

HOOK
4mm crochet hook (or hook size that achieves correct gauge).

YARN
Approximately 190 (260, 290) yards of worsted weight yarn.

GAUGE
19 stitches & 10 rows in 4” (10cm) of the hat body section (row 1-4 repeat).

• Sewing thread in similar colour as yarn
• Sewing needle
• Approximately 1/2 yards of faux fur fabric.
