Lucie Blouse is a light, feminine blouse where lace stitches gently frame the shoulders and continue into the sleeves. Worked in Pearl Mohair, it has an airy structure and a soft, luxurious feel.

CONSTRUCTION: This piece is worked seamlessly from the top down. The yoke is cast on first and worked flat, with increases on each side of the shoulders. The piece is then divided into back and front sections, which are worked separately to the underarms. At that point, the work is joined in the round to form the body. The sleeves are worked in the round, continuing the lace pattern down to the cuffs. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline and an I-cord edging is worked.
