This is a slightly different lamb toy from my original Fuzzy Lamb, published first in Knit Now magazine.

This toy is knitted flat and features simple shaping. The arms, legs and face are worked in stocking stitch while the woolly bits are worked in garter stitch. Try using a fuzzy yarn for the fleece, to make an especially cuddly toy!

Skills required include stockinette and garter stitches, k2tog, ssk, m1 increase, and mattress stitch. All pieces are knit flat, then seamed, stuffed, and assembled.

Yarn: 30 g of natural (MC) and 20 g of grey (CC) DK weight yarn
Needles and Notions: pair of 3 mm straight knitting needles, polyester stuffing, pair of 9 mm safety eyes or buttons, yarn to embroider face, tapestry needle
