Two strands of worsted weight yarn held through out.
Knit on size 10 circulars. Made for magic loop but can be made with DPNs or two circulars.

Tapestry needle
Two mini tennis balls
Two eyes
Very stiff cardboard or plastic for mouth insert
Florist wire
Felt for eyelids and nostrils
Hot glue or fabric glue
Fiber fill or other stuffing
