The Luna Bonnet is a perfect stash-busting project and a perfect piece for your spring wardrobe. The bonnet is knit in one piece, meaning there is no sewing together needed in the end. This piece is perfect for beginner-knitters.

The Luna Bonnet comes in two different adult sizes. Measure your head circumference. Size 1 = 52-55 cm (Size 2 = 56-59 cm)

The top piece is knit first and then stitches are picked up on the right and left sides. The sides are knitted back and forth in stockinette stitch, then a 1x1 rib is knit at the bottom neck-edge. Stitches are picked up around the face edge and knit in 1x1 rib as well. Lastly, two straps on either side of the face rib are crocheted using a crochet hook (chains).

There are links in the pattern to tutorials for all the techniques.
