The luti hood is a unisex, one-size pattern with loose fit, designed for adults. It features brioche stitch, colour accents on the ribbings and an i-cord drawstring.

The hood is knitted bottom up, starting with 1x1 ribbing in the round. Then, brioche stitch is worked in the round for the neck part. After binding off some stitches, the rest of the hood is worked flat, along with brioche decreases for shaping around the face and at the top back. Three-needle bind off is used to close the hood at the top. Next, stitches are picked up around the front opening to work 1x1 ribbed brim, then double folded. I-cord string is worked separately and then placed inside the brim.
