DESCRIPTION: To complete the Lydie line of accessories, there had to be a headband. Knitted flat and then sewn together, the Lydie headband features the characteristic cable of the Lydie.

SKILLS LEVEL: intermediate (cables)

SIZES: The prototype is 12cm wide (a 9.5cm variant is included in the pattern) and 52cm in circumference, for a head circumference of 56cm, but is fully modular to fit all head sizes.

DK Weight Yarn:
Lyl DK by Lyly Sur Un Fil (col. Taupissime)
75% SW Merino Wool, 25% Nylon
1 skein = 100gr =225m (346yds)
Number of skeins: 1
Meterage: for a 12 x 52cm headband: 130m (143 yds)

Alternative yarn: Rios by Malabrigo

Circular needles: 4mm (80 cm) / 6US (32in)
Notions: cable needle, tapestry needle, scissors.

GAUGE
Knitted flat on 4mm (6US) needles in stockinette stitch:
24 sts x 34 rws = 10 x 10 cm = 4x4 in

DESCRIPTION: Pour compléter la ligne d’accessoires Lydie, il fallait bien un bandeau. Tricoté à plat puis assemblé par une couture, le bandeau Lydie reprend le motif torsadé caractéristique de la collection du même nom.

NIVEAU: Intermédiaire

TAILLES PROPOSEES: Le prototype fait 12cm de largeur (variante de 9.5cm proposée dans le patron) et 52cm de circonférence pour un tour de tête de 56cm mais il est entièrement modulable pour s’ajuster à tous les tours de tête.
