Description
The Mabel cardigan is a beautiful and elegant oversized cardigan featuring cables, ribbed edges, and a double-knitted button placket. The cardigan is knitted top-down. The work begins with the upper back, where short rows are worked to shape the neckline and ensure a good fit. Then, the shoulders are worked separately before the front and back pieces are joined for the body, which is worked back and forth. The sleeves are knitted in the round. Finally, the button plackets are worked along the front edges, followed by a folded neckline.

Size guide: The cardigan is designed with a positive ease of approximately 20 cm in the smaller sizes, gradually decreasing in the larger sizes. The sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL correspond to a bust measurement (measured directly on the body) of 75-80 (80-85) 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 cm. Remember to measure yourself before starting to ensure you choose the correct size. For example: If your bust measurement is 93 cm, you should choose size M (with a finished bust circumference of approx. 114 cm), which provides the intended positive ease of about 20 cm.
