Madeira is a soft and feminine sweater. It is knitted top-down with a lace pattern on shoulders and sleeves, in the raglan increases and in the middle of the front and back piece. The neck is shaped using short rows to give the sweater a good fit. Sleeves are worked on double pointed needles, or you can use magic loop. The yarn used for this piece is Arwetta Classic and Tilia from Filcolana.

Chest measurement: Approx. (96, 100, 108, 116) cm.

Yarn: A: Arwetta from Filcolana col. 807 (Boysenberry) - (250, 250, 300, 300) g
- 80 % superwash merinould, 20 % nylon. 50 g = 210 m
B: Tilia from Filcolana col. 286 (Purpur)– (125, 125, 175, 175) g
- 70% kid mohair, 30% silke. 25 g = 210 m

Yarns are held together

Tension: 21 sts = 10 cm with stocking stitch, needle size 4 mm

Needles: Short circular needles 3 mm and 4 mm. Switch to circular needle 80 cm size 4 mm when needed. Double pointed needles size 3 mm and 4 mm.

You will also need 8 stitch markers (at each raglan + middle front + middle back + middle shoulders) and 2 stitch holders.
