CONSTRUCTION
These mitts are worked from the cuff upwards, beginning in the round before a flat section is worked to create the thumb opening. The hand is then continued in the round in a slipped-stitch pattern that uses only one colour at a time, and the thumb is finished by picking up stitches and shaping with short rows and decreases.
