This is a 10 page pdf file with instructions to make this beautiful hat in four sizes from Toddler to Adult. Look elegant and at ease any time of the year. This is a one skein project (plus a few yards of contrasting color for the trim) and works well in different yarns (worsted weight - 4).

Skill Level: This is an intermediate level project, but if you are an advanced beginner comfortable with post stitches, then you should be able to complete this project. There are photos to take you step by step through each section of the hat so that the new crocheter as well as the experienced one should complete this project with ease. Photos show how to make front post stitches, the Knot stitch, and how to make the cable twist. There are also photos for the cable frilly trim.

Dimensions:
This hat is designed to fit snugly on the head. It will stretch at about 2”

Toddler (2-3): 14 ½” circumference by 8” deep (from top to hat brim)

Child (4-8): 16 ½” circumference by 8 ” deep (from top to hat brim)

Older children should fit one of the two adult sizes:

Small Adult: 18 ½ ” circumference, 8 ½ ” deep (from top to hat brim)

Large Adult: 20 ½ ” circumference, 8 ½ “ deep (from top to hat brim)
