Inspired by all the incredible red and orange Madrone trees that grow along the Northwest coast, Madrone Monkeys is a simple, playful cowl with fun lil monkeys swinging around the body. Madrone monkeys is a simple, colorwork, DK weight cowl that is worked in the round. There are two sizes, Size 1 has a 23 in circumference. Size 2 (which is the one photographed) has a 28 in circumference. And if you want to make it in a kid’s size, try knitting it in a fingering weight yarn!
