This is a free written pattern on a crochet blog. The blanket made up of 25 granny squares, joined by the join-as-you-go joining method. It is finished off with a very simple eight round border. Suitable for a beginner. One size (approximately 102cm x 102cm), but can be easily adapted to desired size. Gauge is not critical to this pattern. The blanket is made up of six different colours (double knit yarn), but could easily adapted to whatever yarn is chosen. Approximately 9 x 100g balls of Stylecraft Special DK yarn.
