Construction
The top is worked from the top down in the round, beginning with a folded hem. The body is continued in the round until increases are made for the peplum. The peplum is finished with an I-cord bind off. Lastly, elastic is inserted into the folded hem to provide extra stability and to keep the tube top staying up!
