Mahjong Sweater
Mahjong celebrates the fun and camaraderie of friendship. The sweater is knit from the top down, with some short row shaping to raise the back of the neck for comfort. The color work chart is started after the short rows and continues to the underarm separation.
Once working the body and sleeves, there is no color work to contend with.
This pattern is medium difficulty because of the yoke chart. The pattern develops slowly and is not repetitive making it a slightly more complicated knit. That said, the yoke goes by quickly. Use tacking sparingly in the yoke to control floats at your desired rate being sure to AVOID stacking a tack from one round to the next in the same column of stitches.
