DESCRIPTION
Maïa est un sac à bandoulière, tricoté en ruban de coton. Il est volontairement travaillé bien serré pour lui donner de la résistance lorsqu’il est chargé. Maïa se tricote à plat, en une pièce, en commençant et en finissant par un bord à coulisse pour pouvoir passer les sangles tricotées en icord. Les côtés sont tricotés à partir de maille relevées et fermés par un grafting. Je l’ai agrémenté d’un pompon à frange pour lui donner un look bohème.

DESCRIPTION
Maïa is a shoulder bag, knitted with cotton ribbon. It is deliberately worked tightly to give it strength when loaded. Maïa is knitted flat, in one piece, starting and finishing with a drawstring case border to allow the knitted icord straps to pass through. The sides are knitted from picked-up stitches and closed with grafting. I embellished it with a fringe tassel to give it a bohemian look.
