The Maisie scarf is a triangle scarf intended for many uses. Wrap it around your head. Tie it around your neck. Whatever! It’s very open-ended.

Knit with two strands of yarn, the boucle gives this scarf a fuzzy texture. Determined to knit a triangular-shaped scarf that was neither too narrow, nor too wide, I played with various intervals of increases until I found the one that matched what I had in my head.

This scarf begins at one point, gradually increases to a rounded tip, then decreases back down at the same angle to the other end, all while incorporating a selvedge edge for a neat finish.
