This tote was made using Making Links square by Kristin Omdhal for the Chain Reaction afghan project by interweave crochet.

Alle credits goes to the designer of the square. I just made a free pattern for anyone who wants to make a tote for them selves, that explains how to arrange the squares to make a tote and straps.
The red yarn in the picture is where i tried to make a bag bigger by just adding rows, and it does work to make it bigger.
If you stay with the 2.5 mm crochet hook, you should get the needed size to make the tote.
