Mama vertebrae is a casual frontless cardy to keep your back and arms warm.
It is a top down seamless knit, written in 8 sizes (72.5cm to 107.5cm high chest circumference) and 4 yarn weights (Fingering, DK, Light Worsted, and Heavy Worsted or Aran)
The pattern is knit utilising the top down raglan shaping method.
You begin by casting on the stitches at the neckline, and working flat before separating off the sleeves, and continuing down the body. Once the body is complete, the sleeves are finished, and edging worked.

This pattern is the adult interpretation of the Baby Vertebrae and Kiddy Vertebrae patterns
