This Pattern was written and designed by Off the Hook Mamma. It includes 6 sizes of Mitten within all created with either different yarn weights or hook sizes.
This pattern is a quick and fun one created to coordinate with some of my other outdoor designs! I hope you enjoy!

Mamma’s Mittens Pattern an #OtHM Original
For this project you will need (sizes in brackets):

1. (Infant * 3” hands) 3.25 Hook & DK light #3 yarn
2. (Toddler * 4” hands) 3.25mm Hook & WW #4 yarn
3. (Child * 5” hands) 4mm Hook & WW #4 yarn
4. (Petite * 6” hands) 5mm Hook & WW #4 yarn
5. (Adult * 7” hands) 5.5 mm Hook & #6 bulky yarn/ 2 strands WW #4
6. (XL Adults * 8” hands) 6 mm Hook & 2 strands WW #4 Yarn
7. Darning needle (for sewing or just weaving in ends)
8. Scissors
9. Lining; felt, fleece or a heavy jersey cotton will do best.
10. Thread (for lining or sewing your project together)
11. Pipe cleaners (under 10 for holding thumbs in place) Terms: Ch = chain stitches SC = single crochet HDC = Half Double Crochet
    sts = stitches INC = Increase, two stitches in the same space SKST = Skip a stitch, a skipped stitch is my version of a decrease SLST = slip stitch (used at the end of each row to finish off - creates an edge. These are not indicated within the pattern but are applied at the end of each row)
    BLO = Back Loop ONLY. Every Stitch, including the sts worked into the chain of Row 1
    FO = Fasten Off ( leave a long tail only if expressly suggested. NOTE: Your choice of yarn will change the colour, fit and feel of the project.
