Make your own crochet Christmas ornaments to hang on the tree, give as gifts or sell! A quick easy craft project perfect for winter time.

The ornament is a snowflake inspired mandala design worked in 2 colors - I love the white and red, but feel free to experiment with other color combos. It also looks beautiful in all white or cream.

US Terminology

Worked in rounds with very clear instructions that include the written pattern, step by step photos and a pattern symbol chart. 5 rounds total.

Ornaments measure about 3” or 8cm finished (if using the recommended hook and yarn).

I used Cotton Fair by Premier Yarns in the color Cream and Minikins by Premier Yarns in the color Brick, both of these yarns are a cotton/acrylic blend with good stitch definition and work together perfectly (basically interchangeable yarns, so feel free to use only Cotton Fair, only Minikins, or a combo of both yarns). Feel free to use any colors and any similar yarn that you prefer.

These are a also a great project to use up leftovers since they don’t take much yarn at all!

I love creating crochet ornaments, they make great additions to the Christmas tree, last minute gifts, decorations for the mantle or your festive table, or use several together to make a beautiful garland (garland instructions included). I like to include one inside all my Christmas cards so everyone who receives a card from me gets an ornament for their tree as well.
