The Manderley Scarf is a classic garter stitch scarf with a scallop border on each of its four sides. The scarf is a wonderfully mindless project, worked flat in knit stitch with the creation of the scallops adding just enough interest to keep the project engaging.
The scarf comes in three sizes, mini, midi and maxi. Midi and maxi are traditional long scarves designed to wrap around the neck and mini is designed to be tied at the neck in more of a
neckerchief style.
Manderley is designed to be knit using a DK weight yarn or a fingering weight yarn held double or with a laceweight fluffy yarn such as Brushed Suri Alpaca.
Suitable for confident beginners who are looking to expand their knitting skills to include shaping techniques. A video is provided for the one slightly more advanced skill used in the pattern.

You will need the following amount of DK weight yarn to knit this scarf. If you intend to use a fingering weight yarn held together with a laceweight fluffy yarn then you will need the following amount of BOTH yarns.
