This stunning beaded triple cable brim beanie, was designed for and published with THE Hula Hut Yarns, in DK weight. This beanie is knitted in the round, first, on size 5 16-inch circular needles, and then, on size 6 16-inch circular needles. You will also need size 6 DPN’s, as well as a stranding needle, if you choose to go with beads. This beanie is versatile, unisex, timeless, and classic. It is smashing, in a solid! This signature brim of mine features optional beads, that are pre-stranded, and placed in the middle of the cables, on the cable rounds. It features a fabulous fur pom, that completely makes the beanie. This must-have staple-piece-to-every-person’s-colder-months-wardrobe pattern features SEVEN SIZES!!! From infant, to adult extra large! The gauge, for the brim, is 8 stitches per inch, and for the body of the hat: 7 stitches per inch, and 8 rounds per inch. Depending on size, you will need anywhere from 150-230 yards, of Hula Hut Yarns Aloha DK weight yarn. 2 skeins of her yarn is plenty for two hats! So, 2 colorways can be used for 2 hats, in contrasting colors. Kits are available here:
