These arm warmers were made to be classy. Whether you are sitting at the bar with a cool drink, or working in the drafty office typing away – these look stunning and really work with any fall/winter outfit.

I actually stumbled across the yarn first. I was looking for something “fall” like. I currently reside in Utah, far from my native New England home, and I miss the brilliant color of the leaves in fall – the warm sunlight illuminating each leaf like they are all miniature stained glass. The crisp air, the crunch underfoot. I miss it dearly.

I picked this skein up and looked at the name – “Crimson Maple” – my boyfriend said it didn’t look maple like at all, but I rebutted that the leaves in New England turn this crimson purple color in fall and it’s beautiful!!

And the arm warmers started from there.
